We are all feeling a bit sad this week, as we are losing one of our very good friends, Ryker! He has been with us since the first day of kindergarten. We’ll celebrate together as a class tomorrow and send Ryker off to his new school well!
If you’ve noticed your child coming home with less than 10 points, that because we’ve gotten a bit loud this week. With the Valentine’s Day party excitement and the long weekend, we have gotten noisy, so I’m trying to reign it in a bit. That’s why my point giving hasn’t been quite so generous this week.

The day will be filled with writing workshops, reading and celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday. Books will be available for purchase and can be signed by the authors. FIELD TRIP: Our field trip is next Thursday February 25. We will leave school at 9:15 and arrive back at school at 12:30 in time for lunch. Your child doesn’t need to bring a snack that day. I’ve bought goldfish for the kids to have on the field trip as a snack. I still need forms back from Andrea, Dominic, Frankie, Giana, Nathyn, Paloma, Kincade, and Zelinda. If you have misplaced the new form I sent home two weeks ago, let me know and I will copy you another one. The new forms need to be signed because we changed the date.
NO SCHOOL: Friday February 26.
Thanks for sharing your wonderful child with me. Have a lovely weekend.
Sincerely,
Ms. Sandberg
